Placing of Orders 

As owner of the website, we are committed to ensuring that publicly declared on-hand inventory and stock levels are true and accurate to the best of our knowledge. As such we also expect from our customers that order details placed on the website are final.

 

Payment

Orders placed through the website can be paid through different channels collated by our third-party payment gateway for your convenience. These include over-the-counter bank deposits, Gcash, convenience stores, bayad centers, and mobile banking apps.

1. Online Payments

Upon receiving your order, we run a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. This process is protected by existing data encryption between your card's issuing bank, our bank, and the payment processing facility that oversees the exchange of information.

Your card will be debited upon authorization being received which can take between a few minutes to a few hours depending on the coverage and strength of the internet connection of your device.

The money received upon debiting your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once your card's available credit is reduced by the transaction amount, and our bank account gains a new balance, the payment will reflect your reference number which we will use in the future to locate documentation in the event of a request for a partial or a full refund.

You will receive a confirmation email containing the details of the amount paid as a deposit and the delivery tracking details of your order as consideration for the value of the goods you have purchased.

We highly encourage you to settle the amount as soon as possible to avoid automatic order cancellation. Payment links expire after 48 hours from checkout unless you specifically chose the cash on pick-up option.

1. Cash on Pick Up

Cash on pick up payment option is available for those who opt to inspect the item in person at our office address from Mondays to Saturdays, excluding holidays. Item will be available for pick up after two (2) business days from the date of order. Feel free to choose that option at checkout for your convenience.

 

Delivery

The website caters to nationwide addresses provided that the delivery address is serviceable by major courier companies. We only deliver to the shipping address stated on the customer's order. The shipping fee is quoted using a standard cargo shipping computation deriving chargeable weight from the combined dimensions of the packaging and the actual weight of the parcel.

If the delivery address is a zone outside the serviceable area, Co Ban Kiat Hardware will attempt to reach out to the contact number declared to communicate available delivery options.
