TECHNOLOGY COLLECTED INFORMATION

Other third parties as allowed and limited by Republic Act No. 10173, also known as “The Data Privacy Act of 2012,” its Implementing Rules and Regulations, other data privacy laws, and such issuances from the National Privacy Commission.

HOW LONG WE KEEP THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than twelve (12) months past the termination of the user's account.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

To further protect yourself, you should safeguard your CBK Hardware Inc. Sites, Platform and Online Services username and password and not share that information with anyone. You should also log off from and close your browser window when you have finished your visit to our Sites. Please note that we will never ask for your CBK Hardware Inc. account password via email.

CHILDREN’S POLICY

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. HOW TO UPDATE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You may access, update, and amend Personal Information included in your online account at any time by logging into your account and making the necessary changes.
