Return Policy and Warranty

We assure our customers that their purchases are of the highest quality. We accept returned items for the reasons we may have caused.

  • Incorrect delivery (i.e., wrong size, wrong item, wrong color, wrong model/variant, etc...)
  • Damaged / defective/faulty item delivered.
  • Incomplete accessories
  • Mismatched product description on website vs actual

If your purchases fall under these categories, please send us an email request to return them. It must be sent within twenty (24) hours upon receipt of the item and addressed to info@cobankiat.com.ph. Our Support Team will be glad to assist you, call us at 82432734.

CBK accepts returns of purchased items 7 days from the invoice date IF FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE. Supporting documents and other proof will be requested in order to validate the customer’s claim.

Warranty Terms and Conditions:

1. Warranty Coverage

CBK Hardware Inc. warrants that products sold by the Company are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service during the applicable warranty period.

Warranty applies to motor and/or engine components, where applicable, and is limited to manufacturing defects unless otherwise expressly stated in the product warranty card, user manual, or product documentation.

The warranty period shall commence from the date of purchase as indicated in the original Sales Invoice or Official Receipt.

2. Proof of Purchase

To avail of warranty service, customers must present the following:

  • Original Sales Invoice or Official Receipt;
  • Warranty Card, if applicable;
  • Complete product details, including model and serial number.

3. What is Covered

Subject to inspection and evaluation by CBK Hardware Inc. or its authorized service center, the warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects;
  • Defects in materials and workmanship;
  • Failure of covered components under normal and intended use.

CBK Hardware Inc. may, at its sole discretion, repair the product, replace defective parts, or replace the product with the same or equivalent model if repair is not feasible.

4. What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from:

  • Improper installation or failure to follow installation procedures;
  • Unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly;
  • Installation or use of non-genuine replacement parts or accessories;
  • Negligence, misuse, abuse, improper handling, or improper maintenance;
  • Accidents, fire, flood, lightning, power fluctuations, natural disasters, or other external causes;
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, corrosion, discoloration, and consumable parts;
  • Commercial, industrial, rental, or heavy-duty use of products intended for residential applications, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

5. Inspection and Evaluation

All warranty claims are subject to technical inspection and verification by CBK Hardware Inc. or its authorized service partner. The determination of warranty coverage shall be based on inspection findings.

6. Transportation and Service Charges

Transportation, pull-out, delivery, installation, and labor charges not covered by the warranty shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

CBK Hardware Inc.'s liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

These Warranty Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
