Considering its people, the heart of the company, Co Ban Kiat Hardware developed another system of learning and training for CBKians. Eighteen (18) CBKians reaped the new knowledge brought by one-day Max Workshop - a training program organized by Human Resource Department last October 29.
A series of methods were performed with the purpose of improving the competencies of all participants in several areas including task and time management, critical thinking, and communication to achieve their maximum potential and become more effective in their respective roles. A high level of engagement was received for each activity, it was all facilitated by Mr. Dominic C. Vedaña, Training and Employee Engagement Supervisor of CBK Hardware.
Ms. Arcel Yam, AVP- Modern Trade Sales imparted an insightful message to participants. “Everything we do, and all our success is dependent on you. We, therefore, have a responsibility to ensure that all of you have access to training to gain skills and learnings needed to thrive and maximize your full potential."
