Co Ban Kiat Hardware Inc. recognizes the importance and commitment of CBKians towards the success of the organization. To ensure that its manpower feels valued, Warehouse Department, in collaboration with Human Resources Department, created a program intended to acknowledge the outstanding performance of individuals from the warehouse team who have met and surpassed work expectations.
In line with the company's core values, CBK Hardware developed the Warehouse Outstanding Personnel Performance Award (OPPA). The Warehouse OPPA recognizes individual accomplishments, outstanding team performance contributions, and aims to maintain a sense of pride and accomplishment among the Warehouse operations group. Mr. Jan Wesley Cobankiat, Vice President for Supply Chain Management, extended his gratitude to all the warehouse staff for their dedication and tireless hard work from then until present. “Without our warehouse team, the company would not be able to meet such great achievement.
