March 1, 2025 – As part of its ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR), CBK Hardware, Inc. partnered with Million Trees Foundation, Inc. (MTFI) to support the Annual Million Trees Challenge (AMTC). This initiative reinforces CBK’s dedication to sustainability and aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (UNSDG) 17: Partnership for the Goals, which also serves as the company’s CSR theme for the month.
To support the initiative, CBK Hardware, Inc. donated funds for the rebagging tools used by the team during the activity. These tools played a vital role in replotting 250 plants, preparing them for the upcoming tree planting event in July.
Beyond environmental impact, the event became an avenue for CBKians to actively participate in sustainability efforts, fostering teamwork and a sense of shared responsibility. The collaboration highlights CBK’s belief that true progress is achieved through strong partnerships and collective action.
