In celebration of its 105th year in the business, CBK Hardware, Inc. continues to uphold its legacy of service, compassion, and community care through its ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) advocacy.

As part of this milestone celebration, CBK extended its support to the Golden Reception and Action Center for the Elderly and Other Special Needs (GRACES)—a government-run institution dedicated to assisting neglected and abandoned elderly individuals. This year’s CSR initiative served as a heartfelt reminder of CBK’s enduring commitment to making lives better, one help at a time.

CBKians from various departments—including Fairbanks, Importation, Industrial Sales, Marketing, the Office of the Vice Presidents (OVP), Product Management, Projects, Receiving, Service, Sourcing, Treasury Depository, Treasury Disbursement, and Warehouse—came together to take part in this meaningful outreach.

To mark its 105th anniversary, CBK Hardware, Inc. donated 105 goodie bags containing milk, chocolate powder, and biscuits—symbolizing 105 years of service and generosity. In addition, the company provided essential items such as a wheelchair, bucket mop sets, mops, face masks, and gloves to support the daily needs of the facility and its residents.

The celebration was filled with moments of joy, connection, and gratitude. CBKians facilitated interactive games that brought smiles and laughter to the residents, who actively participated and expressed their delight. The day continued with singing and dancing, creating an atmosphere of warmth and togetherness that truly touched the hearts of everyone involved.

Through this initiative, CBK Hardware, Inc. once again demonstrated that corporate success is most meaningful when paired with purpose. By reaching out to those in need, CBK not only celebrated 105 years of business excellence but also reaffirmed its mission of “Making lives better, one help at a time.”
