CBK Hardware, the largest hardware supplier in the Philippines, joined the 28th National Retail Conference and Stores Asia Expo (NRCE) held last August 11 to 12 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.
Organized by the Philippine Retail Association (PRA), the country’s biggest organization of top-notch retailers and prime movers in the retail industry, the NRCE with the theme “Retail: Ready, Re/set/ GROW!” became the go-to shop for businesses in the modern retail market like CBK Hardware.
PRA President and Wilcon Depot SEVP/COO Rosemarie Bosch Ong graced the opening event where she said the PRA remains optimistic in the retail sector’s growth and recovery will continue amidst the inflation rate. She also added that the sector is strongly getting back from the setbacks of the pandemic.
With its uniquely designed booth that embodies the values and the five pillars of the company, CBK Hardware showcased the global brand products of Stanley, Yale, Westinghouse, Tactix, ShopVac, Eurostream, Element System, and Delta. CBK Hardware’s house brands - Aco, Argo, and Homer - were introduced at the expo as well.
During the two-day conference, mall goers, large retailers, business executives, and business professionals were treated to the latest retail trends and innovative home and hardware solutions highlighted by different companies. Enthusiastic and dedicated CBK Hardware representatives entertained queries for partnerships from the expo-goers and other retail partners.
A collaborative event also happened between CBK Hardware and Shoppertainment, a full production livestream shopping enabler, wherein CBK Hardware product - the Shop-Vac Micro 16 Vacuum Cleaner - was showcased in a live selling activity at the Shoppertainment booth. Live and online viewers enthusiastically watched the selling event and some exhibitors have shown their interest for future partnerships.
With CBK Hardware’s expansive list of global brands and commitment in providing innovative retail hardware solutions, the NRCE was a venue to grow the business in the retail industry by building a strong distribution network.
