Identify and develop business relationship with decision makers, architects, engineers of a project. Coordinate with clients to generate possible lead. Maintain good relationship with new and existing clients to influence sales in favor of CBK. Achieve target quota in sales and collection, both short-term and long-term. Conduct presentations to promote company product. Attends client meetings: Pre-bid, technical and commercial clarifications, negotiations, kick-offs, coordination meetings. Prepares bid requirements and ensure completion and accuracy prior to submission of documents. Provide after sales service by providing quick and proper solutions to concerns, problems, and complaints of the customer. Coordinates delivery schedule and proper after-sales service. Gathers industry, market and project intelligence to increase awarding probability to CBK. Attends conferences and seminars to keep up with industry trends. Generate weekly sales and activity reports to senior management.
